Who is DJ T-ROC?

I'm a dj and a businessman.
 
Who inspired who to Dj ?
 Honestly, it was the artists and it still is. See there is something natural about djing. If you hear a song you like, you want to play it. Add that to the fact that I was already a drummer, and you'll know that I'm going to want to put my own spin to it.
 
What jobs did you have prior to Djing ?
It's weird but I actually used to cook at a hospital. It taught me a lot about people.
 
Where the name ROCHARDER ENT come from?
Well it actually came from my name, T-Roc. I wanted my company to branded as a part of me, but since it affects so many people and so many people are a part of it, it has to be bigger and go harder than me...so RocHARDER.
 
How many Dj are in ROCHARDER?
We are working with close to 100 djs right now, and we have even more affiliate djs that we work with as well.
 
What your trademark as a Dj ?
 WHO YA WIT!!!!  
 
What you got going on now ?
On the dj side I'm breaking records, giving artist opportunities to perfect their delivery through open mics across Georgia that reward them with beats and placements. On the business side, I just released another volume of my magazine RocHarder Magazine and launched the website at www.rochardermagazine.com, and I'm working with my artist J Hott.  
 
What been the most embarrassing moment as a Dj ?
I hosted a the annual Salute the DJ awards last year, and there were issues with the equipment. I mean it happens all the time because you never really know what you are getting with different venues, but there were so many industry people in the building that night.
 
What advice would you give to up to Artist giving you music ?
If you want it you gotta eat for it, breathe for it, work for it, sacrifice for it, and do anything for it. You gotta work hard, and go get it. I'm going to work hard...the question is will you.
