Who inspired you to get in the game ?
 I've had plenty of inspiration during my lifetime but my ORIGINAL inspiration came from the first "House Party" movie. When I saw Kid and Play rocking the mic infront of that party I knew that I was destined for the same (even though it was a movie).
 
What there too do in Gainesville, GA ?
Honestly, not much. We've got High School sports. The trap. Chicken plants. Plenty of parking lots to skate board in. A couple of studio's to drop rhyme's in. Asides from that, you better have imagination & a hobby
 
You have been on the grind for a minute.  Tell us about some of your previous projects?
During 2009, I was heavy on the open mic scene with my single, "Ringtone Rapper?". My grind actually landed me in the Def Jam offices infront of Kawan Prather. I've hosted a couple college radio shows. During 2010, I set out on a mission to drop 11 FREE mixtapes, though I only got around to releasing 8. I've been writing mixtape reviews for the ILLEST HIP-HOP publication in the game, "On Tha Real Magazine" .. but wait, you know that right?

 
What are you working on currently?
I'm slowly but surely building an indie label, "AW.D.OH Crack", I'm preparing to start my own college radio show on Brenau University's FM dial, and OF COURSE building the "dotGATSBY" brand buzz.
 
What your  leading single at the moment ?
My leading single is "WHAT THE SCIENCE IS?". I once heard a up-north homey ask, "What's the science?". I really dug the lingo. So I decided to make sure southern heads were up on it the same and turned it into a hook. When I ask it, I want to know the real. The science behind your actions or the happenings at the time being.
 

What are some of the biggest challenges you face as an independent artist?
 Being taken seriously is one major challenge. EVERYONE is a artist these days. So you've got to know handing my music to DJ's, promoters and press isn't as effective as it used to be. You've got to deal with over-saturation of the music scene especially in ATL! Also, location.

I've got some Al Green, Kid Cudi, Rage Against The Machine, 2Pac & Outkast.
 
 
Do you think that US should  have shown Bin laden picture?  why?
 Before I continue, take into consideration that when we caught Sadaam we kept him in jail for a hot minute, tried him in court and had every news reporter in the country feature his image on thier show. So let's say that really was Bin Laden which I don't believe it was. No. What I feel was worse though was that if it was him, WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU BURY HIM AT SEA? Blatant disrespect.
 

Your thoughts on the Hip hop overall  ?
My thought on Hip-Hop at the moment can be best described with a title of a George Lucas movie called, "Attack Of The Clones".

What do you love to do outside of music?
Outside of music, I love to kick it with my chick. I love to read & gain knowledge on anything under the sun. I love start forest fires but not literally. I'm a XBOX LIVE beast (Gamertag: dotGATSBY). I love to write (stories, reviews and dreams I've had the past night). I love to listen to other people's life stories. I'm down for almost anything.
